Reservations

Online reservations are made using the Sirvoy booking engine. The rates, availability, taxes, services, cancellation conditions, payment methods and rules applicable to the stay are those presented to the customer before the reservation is confirmed. The reservation becomes binding in accordance with the conditions displayed at the time of booking and upon receipt of the corresponding confirmation.

Prohibited use

You must not disrupt the operation of the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, introduce malicious content, carry out large-scale data extraction or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Third-party links and services

The website may contain links or features provided by third parties, including Sirvoy, WhatsApp and social media platforms. Hotel Naka does not control their content, availability or practices. Their use is subject to the terms and conditions of each provider.

Intellectual property
